We will celebrate these students with a picnic lunch at the Mineola Nature Preserve on Tuesday, April 8th, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. We are grateful for their hard work after school and are looking forward to celebrating their accomplishments! A note was sent home today with information as well. Please contact the office if you have any conflicts.

Mineola ISD Vaccine Clinic signups are open for all vaccines.
Primary, Intermediate, and Middle Schools will be give at the Intermediate School Cafeteria from 8:30-11:30am. Walk ins are welcome.
High School will be given at the High School nurse's office from 11:45am-1:15pm. Walk ins are welcome.
Anyone that missed the above times can go to the Administration Office from 1:30-1:45pm. Walk ins are welcome.

Hey Jacket Family, we are moving into the testing season. The following dates we have scheduled our Benchmarks and STAAR tests. Please have your student at school on time to show what they know! Mineola ISD will offer a class for non-English speaking or limited English speaking
adults. This class will provide basic instruction in reading, writing, vocabulary
development, pronunciation and communication skills for daily living.

This past week our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students competed in the District UIL Academic competition in Grand Saline. Our UIL team took 1st place in district with a point spread of 341 over 2nd place. We are proud of the way our UIL students represented MISD! Congratulations Jackets!
Our students and families definitely know what it means to give during this Christmas season. Our students collected over 2,500 non-perishable items for our K-Kids to donate to Caring and Sharing of Mineola. Thank you MIS family and friends!
