Election results are in for one seat on the Mineola ISD Board of Trustees.
Jay McGough received 137 votes.
Todd Morgan received 50 votes.
The election results are unofficial and will be certified on Tuesday, May 9th at 5:00 p.m. in a Special Called Board Meeting at the Administration Building.

Early Voting for the Mineola ISD Board Election has one final day left on Tuesday, May 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Wood County Courthouse Annex in Quitman.
Election Day is Saturday, May 6th from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Mineola City Hall.
Join us on Tuesday, May 2nd at 6:00 p.m. for our School Safety Summit. This will be an informative presentation addressing the hot topics surrounding school safety in our local communities and around the nation. There will be a time for Question and Answer as well following the presentation.

Congratulations to the Girl's Golf Team on finishing 3rd place in the Regional Tournament and earning a trip to State! This is the 3rd year in a row they have earned a trip to the State Tournament.

What a great night last night at the Fine Arts Showcase. This event is only going to get bigger and better over the next several years.

Last night the Mineola Education Foundation donated $75,000 to support teacher grants throughout the District. We are so thankful for their love and support of our faculty and staff. Thank you to everyone that attends the events throughout the year to help make this possible.
The land is being cleared for construction of the new Primary School. The next 14-18 months will be exciting to watch.
