If you are in need of school supplies for your child and they attend Mineola ISD or Alba-Golden ISD from Pre-K to 5th Grade, supplies will be available this afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Mineola Civic Center under the Pavilion. A special thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Mineola for making this possible.
A special shout-out to all of our Substitute Teachers who have dedicated a full day of training as we prepare for the upcoming school year. These individuals are an invaluable part of our organization.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in Fill the Trailers! The team successfully delivered the supplies to Mountain Home Fire Department where it will be distributed to families in need throughout Kerr County. This is truly love for our fellow Texans in action.

We are Filling the Trailers for communities devastated by the recent flooding in Central Texas. Please see the list below of items needed in these communities and donate on Tuesday, July 8th from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Meredith Memorial Stadium.

Officer Capps, Chief Castleberry, and Superintendent Mize had the opportunity to present Mineola ISD's Guardian Program at the Texas School Safety Center Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas, on Monday. The Mineola ISD Guardians serve as a special response unit to active shooter threats and assist in other emergency responses under the direction of the Mineola ISD Police Department.
We are so thankful for these dedicated men and women who go beyond the call of duty to serve and protect the faculty, staff, and students of Mineola ISD. Protecting our kids will remain our number one priority.

STAAR SCORES RELEASED: You may access your child's Spring STAAR scores on the Skyward Family Access Portal. The 3rd-grade reporting issue has been resolved. All scores may be accessed through Skyward.

This has been a goal for a long time! The Class of 2025 reached 100% of the Graduating Class identified as College, Career, and Military Ready as defined by the Texas Education Agency.
This is a testimony to the investment made in our students at the Middle School level, all the way through High School. This accomplishment doesn't happen without the Faculty, Staff, Students, and Parents working together to support the success of the child.
Another great reason to choose Mineola ISD in supporting the education of your child!

The Tyler FC Soccer Game is still scheduled to kick off this evening at 7:00 p.m. at Meredith Memorial Stadium.
Due to recent resurfacing of the Meredith Memorial Stadium Parking lot, we ask that guests please park in the Middle School and Intermediate School Parking Lot and make the short walk to the stadium.
For those needing Handicap Access, please access the road directly to the Athletic Field House to make drop offs.
Thank you!

Our Kindergarten through 5th Grade English Language Arts teachers are training hard this week as we prepare to implement Bluebonnet Learning, a new English Language Arts Curriculum, in Mineola Primary and Intermediate Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.
This new curriculum will be completely transparent with our parents, increase phonetic awareness, improve reading fluency, and support greater reading comprehension, as we continue to work hard to improve student learning outcomes.

Good morning, everyone!
Summer Learning and Jacket Camp are on normal schedule this morning.
Have a great Monday!

Superintendent of Schools

Good evening, everyone! A line of strong thunderstorms will be approaching our area in the next few hours from the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the potential for damaging winds, hail, and heavy rainfall. We experienced an event similar to this in June of 2023, when many residents in the Mineola area were without power for several hours and some for even days.
Please make sure you have your devices charged and we will continue to monitor this situation over night to determine whether or not we will have Summer Learning tomorrow, as well as Jacket Camp for our student/athletes. We will send updates via the Mineola ISD Mobile Application which is directly linked to all of our social media platforms and our Student Management System.
Thank you!

Good morning, everyone!
We are just a few days away from joining together to celebrate the Class of 2025. Graduation Ceremonies will occur on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. at Meredith Memorial Stadium. Gates will open at 7:00 p.m. for all attendees. Golf carts will be available to assist those who have difficulties walking to their seats, and accommodations will be made for those who are disabled. If you need specific accommodations for a friend or family member who is disabled, please email Dr. Chase Thomas with your name and contact information so we can make arrangements for your family. Dr. Thomas' email address is thomasc@mineolaisd.net
I pray I don't jinx us by even typing this, but the chances of rain are very low for Friday evening. However, if weather does not allow the Graduation Ceremony, the alternate time is Saturday, May 24th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Meredith Memorial Stadium.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the High School Campus Office. We look forward to seeing everyone on Friday night.
